TERMS AND CONDITIONS - EVENTS

By booking OneOrchestra’s services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to provide a seamless, professional experience that exceeds expectations. These terms ensure clarity and protect both parties.

1. Equipment
All equipment related to the performance is either provided by the Client or OneOrchestra. If we provide the equipment, we partner with trusted suppliers to ensure top-quality gear, including grand pianos, harps, lighting and audio equipment. String instruments, tablets, and stands are always provided by us as standard.

2. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and covers all travel and logistical costs. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event and must be paid via wire transfer.

3. Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. In cases where the event is canceled without Force Majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the full amount will be due, with no refund. If the event is rescheduled, the deposit may be applied to the new date, subject to availability, and the Client will cover any additional rescheduling costs, including travel and logistics.

4. Force Majeure
In the event of Force Majeure (e.g., war, strikes, natural disasters) that prevents us from performing, this agreement will be void. We will work with the Client to reschedule or adjust the event as necessary. Any payments made will be refunded, minus any non-refundable costs incurred, including the deposit and travel.

5. Documentation & Media
We reserve the right to document behind-the-scenes moments and rehearsals for promotional purposes. This media will not include guests or clients without prior consent. This is limited to our orchestra’s preparation, not the event itself.

6. Public Liability & Union Membership
OneOrchestra is a registered member of the Musicians' Union in the UK and carries public liability insurance coverage up to £10,000. This ensures the safety and protection of both the Client and our musicians during the event.

By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Should you have any questions or require clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
