read more below
-
As per the artiste agreement, the reduction of compensation policy stipulates that a delay exceeding 30 minutes from the scheduled time of arrival will activate a 10% reduction from the agreed fee.
This policy is in place to emphasise the significance of punctuality and its impact on the overall success of our events. By adhering to this policy, we ensure that everyone remains accountable and actively works towards smooth and seamless performances.
-
In any unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delay, it is crucial to inform a team member as soon as possible. By communicating your situation, we can take necessary measures to adapt our preparations accordingly. Whether it's notifying the conductor, stage manager, or a designated contact person, prompt communication can help minimise any potential disruptions.
-
For those who travel by car, it is essential to anticipate and consider potential traffic delays. Keep track of any ongoing road construction or traffic congestion in your area. Utilise real-time traffic updates or navigation applications to help plan your routes effectively.
-
If you rely on public transportation, it is important to stay updated on any route cancellations or delays. Regularly check the transportation agency's website or application for any service interruptions. Additionally, keep track of strikes or labor actions that might impact the operation of public transport.
